  • When the halters are made (tied) the knots are only tightened by hand. This will allow you to loosen & adjust the knots to suit your horses head & your halter prefereneces. The halters will fit majority of horses. 

    Because the knots are only hand tightened in manufacturing, when a horse applies pressure in the halter the knots tighten. The first few times using the halter- THE LEAD ROPE CLIP NEEDS TO GO THROUGH BOTH LOOPS to ensure that the loops remain the same size when the knot tightens. 

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
